 Domestic Shipping

To keep your costs down all domestic shipping of Evil Mad Quilter products is FREE!

Evil Mad Quilter prefers to ship via USPS and will send you a tracking number once your order is complete. 

Orders are typically shipped within 2 days after receiving payment.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout.  We will ship your order via USPS within 2 days after receiving payment and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.  Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery to Canada and between 1 – 4 weeks for all foreign shipments.

 

Returns

Your 100% satisfaction of Evil Mad Quilter products is our only goal.  If you are not happy with any of our products, simply send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  1. Contact Evil Mad Quilter via email at CustomerService@EvilMadQuilter.com and let us know why you have chosen to return an item. This gives us a heads up and allows us to properly prepare your refund or exchange.
  2. Properly package your item for return along with your name, address and a note for the return and send it to:

  1. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipping cost of returning an item.

 

Incomplete Products

At Evil Mad Quilter we pride ourselves on accuracy and quality control, but occasionally you may receive a product that is incomplete or missing a part.  Not a problem, we just ask you follow these steps:

  1. Stand up and look around you. Some of the products contain small, light parts that easily fall to the ground or under something near you.
  2. If you still can’t find the missing part, email customer service at CustomerService@EvilMadQuilter.com with a description of the missing item and we’ll gladly ship you a replacement.

 

Damaged or Missing Products

If your product does not show up or you find that your products was damaged during the shipping process, we will replace it.  Simply send an email to CustomerService@EvilMadQuilter.com letting us know what the problem is and we will give you instructions for how to return a damaged product (our cost) and ship you a replacement ASAP!
